新三板创新层开通条件：开通前10个交易日日均资产100万及以上，两年的股票交易经验，风险承受能力C4及以上。

新三板基础层开通条件：开通前10个交易日日均资产200万及以上，两年的股票交易经验，风险承受能力C4及以上。

精选层开通条件：开通前20个交易日日均资产50万及以上，两年的股票交易经验，风险承受能力C4及以上。
