一般已经持有的股份，被举牌后，6个月之内不能卖，可以继续买，6个月后可以选择卖出或者不卖出。

如果是大股东举牌后，一般情况下，达到举牌公告值就必须公告，公告后三天不能增持股票，半年内不能减持股票。
