股票涨停不是翻倍，一般股票翻倍需要7~8个涨停板，前提条件是连续7个交易日都是涨停，复利下来就是翻倍。要实现翻倍必须股票是利滚利的涨，一般是遇到新股上市连续一字板出现、股票资产重组或者有游资控股的妖股，都会出现涨停板的可能。

A股市场的涨停板设置为10%，若连续7~8天涨幅，那么涨幅便是70%~80%，按照正常来算计算翻倍就必须是100%的涨幅才能翻倍，但因为股票持有的是市值，市值里面是会出现复利的，所以复利算起来出现7~8个涨停板就可以实现翻倍收益。
