新股中签未缴款会被拉入黑名单，深沪交易所发布的新股申购细则规定：投资者连续12个月内累计出现3次中签但未足额缴纳认购资金情形的，将被列入限制申购“黑名单”，自其最近一次放弃认购次日起的180日内不得参与网上新股申购。

限制申购“黑名单”会在180天后自动失效，届时投资者可参与网上新股申购，若再出现连续未缴款情形，会被再次拉入黑名单。
