1、上市公司持有首发前股票，自股票上市之日起12个月内不得转让。

2、控股股东、实际控制人以及一致行动人减持，应当在上市后36个月内不得转让首发前股份。

3、公司未实现盈利，控股股东、实际控制人以及一致行动人在3个会计年度内不得减持首发股票。

4、自公司上市之日起，第四个和第五个会计年度每年减持首发股份不得超过首发总数的2%。
