影子股只适合短炒不能贪，一般新股招股反应热烈会刺激相关股票上涨，但在上市前会有不少基金大户从同类型股票中抽出资金追捧新股，所以对于影子股建议最好选择上市前两天抛售掉。

影子股不同于虚拟股票，影子股是以合同的形式参照股票价值给予经营者既定的收入，后者是经营者持有“股票”参照股票价值的未定性收入。影子股的炒作只有三个时间点很关键，一是拟IPO企业预披露，二是发审会审核，三是核准发行真正上市。
