全国股转公司审核通过挂牌公司的股份解除限售申请后，挂牌公司登录中国结算网上业务平台，提交股份解除限售登记申请；

中国结算北京分公司审核通过后，挂牌公司通过网上业务平台再次确认数据；

数据确认无误后，挂牌公司确定解除限售股份的可转让日，并在全国股转公司网站上进行信息披露；

中国结算北京分公司进行再次审核；

审核无误后，挂牌公司于可转让日当天，通过网上业务平台查询解除限售登记证明文件。
