网上不可以开通融资融券业务。如满足信用账户开立的条件，需账户本人在交易日9:00-17:00带齐有效开户证件及同名银行卡到证券公司就近营业部办理。目前暂不支持网上办理，因为需要做双录。

个人投资者开立信用账户需满足以下条件：

普通账户首笔证券交易经验满半年，其他券商的交易经验也可以核算；

开户前一个交易日开始计算的最近20个交易日日均证券类资产不低于50万元；

风险承受能力为C4增长型及以上；

征信评分不低于60分。
