1、上交所主板：上市公司连续20个交易日在本所的每日股票收盘总市值均低于人民币3亿元就会被退市；

2、上交所科创板：连续20个交易日在本所的每日股票收盘市值均低于3亿元；

3、深交所主板（和原中小板）：上市公司连续20个交易日在本所的每日股票收盘总市值均低于人民币3亿元就会被退市；

4、深交所创业板：连续20个交易日在本所的每日股票收盘市值均低于3亿元。

不过值得注意的是，退市新规出台后，还对规范类、财务类、交易类和重大违纪类退市做了详细说明。
