1、应当在每个会计年度的上半年结束之日起两个月内披露半年度报告；

2、本所鼓励上市公司在定期报告公告前披露业绩快报，但对业绩快报不强求。

公司半年度报告中的财务会计报告可以不经审计，但有下列情形之一的，公司应当聘请会计师事务所进行审计：

（一）拟依据半年度报告进行利润分配（仅进行现金分红的除外）、公积金转增股本或者弥补亏损的；

（二）中国证监会或者本所认为应当进行审计的其他情形。公司季度报告中的财务资料无须审计，但中国证监会或者本所另有规定的除

外。
