当转债盘中成交价较前收盘价上涨或下跌达到或超过20%时，临时停牌30分钟；

当转债盘中成交价较前收盘价上涨或下跌达到或超过30%时，临时停牌至14：57；

临停时间跨越14:57的，与当日14:57复盘，进入收盘集合竞价。

可转债未实施临时停牌前，很多投资者喜欢炒作，并且可转债是T+0交易，因此在前期未设置临停制度的时候过于火热，设置临停制度也是为了让投资者保持清醒头脑，正确投资。
