财务类：1、最近一个会计年度的净利润为负且营业收入低于一亿元；2、最近一个会计年度期末净资产为负值；3、最近一个会计年度的财务报告被出具无法表示意见或否定意见的审计报告；4、其他认定的情况。

规范类：1、在规定时间未披露年半或者半年报；2、财务报表出现重大差错或者虚假记载的；3、因信息披露存在重大缺陷，在规定期限未改正的；4、因公司股本总额或者股权发生变化的，导致连续20个交易日不符合上市条件，并在规定期限内未解决的；5、强制解散；6、法院受理重整、和解和破产的；7、交易所认定的其他情况。
