一家商业银行接受的用于质押的一家上市公司股票，不得高于该上市公司全部流通股票的10%。一家证券公司用于质押的一家上市公司股票，不得高于该上市公司全部流通股票的10%，并且不得高于该上市公司已发行股份的5%。 被质押的一家上市公司股票不得高于该上市公司全部流通股票的20%。
