取得经营证券期货业务许可证，经营证券经纪、证券承销与保荐业务或中国证监会认可的其他证券业务；

依法取得登记机关颁发的企业法人营业执照；

具有良好的信誉和经营业绩；

组织机构和业务人员符合中国证监会和本所规定的条件；

具有完善的风险管理与内部控制制度； 

具有合格的经营场所、业务设施和技术系统；

承认并遵守本所章程及业务规则，按规定交纳会员费用； 

中国证监会及本所规定的其他条件。
