第十三条　股票质押率由贷款人依据被质押的股票质量及借款人的财务和资信状况与借款人商定，但股票质押率最高不能超过60%。质押率上限的调整由中国人民银行和中国银行业监督管理委员会决定。

质押率的计算公式：

质押率=（贷款本金/质押股票市值）×100%；

质押股票市值=质押股票数量×前七个交易日股票平均收盘价。
