一般有五种情况：

公司决定不提出宽限期申请的;

在规定时间内（即自暂停上市之日起45日内）未提出宽限期申请或申请宽限期未被证券交易所批准的;

暂停上市的公司在宽限期截止日未公布年度报告的;

宽限期内第一个会计年度继续亏损的，或者其财务报告被注册会计师出具否定意见或拒绝表示意见的;

申请恢复上市未被批准的。
