当天卖出股票的钱可以新股缴款也可以用来买股票，只是不能转出至银行卡。

新股中签缴款时账户资金不足，处理方式为：

证券公司会按照账户中单只中签新股合计应缴纳新股认购资金（单只新股合计中签数量*发行价格）由小到大的原则为中签客户进行中签缴款。

说明：

放弃认购的股数以实际不足资金为准，最小单位为1股，不是500/1000股的整数倍。

如连续12个月内累计出现3次中签但未足额缴款的情形时，将被列入限制申购名单。自最近一次申报其放弃认购的次日起6个月（按180个自然日计算，含次日）内不得参与网上新股申购（沪深两市分开计算）。
