有下列情形之一的，公司股票简称前将冠以“*ST”：

最近两年连续亏损的（以最近两年年度报告披露的当年经审计净利润为依据）； 

财务会计报告因存在重大会计差错或虚假记载，公司主动改正或被中国证监会责令改正，对以前年度财务会计报告进行追溯调整，导致最近两年连续亏损的； 

财务会计报告因存在重大会计差错或虚假记载，中国证监会责令其改正，在规定期限内未对虚假财务会计报告进行改正的； 

在法定期限内未依法披露年度报告或者半年度报告的； 

处于股票恢复上市交易日至其恢复上市后第一个年度报告披露日期间的公司； 

交易所认定的其他情形。
