暂停上市的股票符合下列条件的，可以在第一个半年度报告披露后的五个工作日内向证券交易所提出恢复上市申请：

1、在法定期限内披露暂停上市后的第一个半年度报告。

2、半年度财务报告显示公司已经盈利，且上市公司最近一个会计年度经审计的每股净资产高于股票面值。

证券交易所应在公司提出股票恢复上市申请之日起五个工作日内作出是否受理申请的决定， 证券交易所决定受理后，应在三十个工作日内作出是否予以核准恢复上市的决定。
