创业板打新需要深市市值并且开通创业板权限就可以了。

申购创业板的新股（3开头股票），不要求持有创业板的股票市值，但要求开通创业板权限，没有开通创业板权限就不能申购创业板的新股。

创业板股票属于深圳市场，只要开通了创业板权限，账户满足新股申购条件有深市新股申购额度即可进行申购。

深市新股申购额度需同一客户的所有证券账户T-2日前20个交易日（含T-2日）日均持有深市的非限售A股市值大于等于1万元，不足1万元没有额度。
