股票开盘价没有固定的计算公式，只是有相应的参考计算办法，一般会以前一天收盘价格的1.1倍进行计算购入，比如：如果前一天收盘价是10元，1.1倍四舍五入后计算出来的价格是10.1元按份额直接委托购买就可以。股票的开盘价每天早上9:15~9:25时段内进行集合竞价确定开盘价，再于9:30正式开盘。

如果当股票委托价高于涨停价，那么已经超过涨跌幅限制的委托价了，那么就视为无效委托。当超过涨跌幅的无效委托，交易所主机将自动做场内撤单处理。
