对于股票开盘价跌幅超过10%的股票，一般都是有特殊原因影响的，比如说新股上市发行首日是不设置涨跌幅的，又或者是股改后或部分公司资产重组后的复牌日也是不设置涨跌幅的，这些情况涨跌幅都是有可能大于10%的。

当股票价格涨到上限或低到下限时，就是我们常见的涨停板和跌停板，并不会终止买卖交易，只是价格不变交易继续。
