当解禁过后，持有股票人员可以卖掉手中股票拿来套现，持非流通股少的股东要套现的话对股票的影响是有限的，毕竟持有股票比例相对较小。解禁后，股票会有一定回落，作为非流通股多的股东不一定全部套现，可能只售出一部分，余下的股票当做对公司的战略投资。
