2、股票停牌后连续重组：不超过5个月

3、股票筹划非公开发行：不超过1个月

4、购买或出售资产、对外投资、相关方筹划控制权转让等：不超过10个交易日

结论：停牌没有硬性规定的时间，部分停牌事项有时间限制，部分停牌则无无时间限制。

1、连续三个交易日内日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计达到±20%或15%。

2、证券交易所或证监会认定属于异常波动的情形。

3、上市公司计划重组、发新票券、供股集资、发股息等。

4、上市公司涉嫌违规需要进行调查。
