目前配股的种类主要有两种：

1、有偿配股

有偿配股顾名思义就是需要股东再出钱买新股，股东得按持股比例拿钱认购股票。

2、无偿配股(红股)

无偿配股股东不需要拿钱出来认购，这种配股形式是公司赚了钱，将盈余进行分配。上市公司选择配息，股东可以直接依照持股比例无偿领取现金。上市公司选择配股，股东可以依照持股比例无偿领取股票。
