3、A股的全部交易所，即上交所、深交所、北交所的进入退市整理期的股票都在首个交易日不限制涨跌。

当上述的无价格涨跌幅限制的股票出现以下情形的，会被交易所实施盘中临时停牌，单次盘中临时停牌时间为10分钟：

1、盘中交易价格较当日开盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过30%的；

2、盘中交易价格较当日开盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过60%的。

3、证监会或者交易所认定的其他情形。
