所以，对于普通投资者来说，理论上是可以直接买到优先股的，但实际上根本没有门路或是投资资格来参与到一级市场中。不过，虽然普通投资者参与不了一级市场，但是一些基金公司或其它金融机构能以开发式基金或其它与公司股权相关的理财产品的方式来配置一部分优先股，将其纳入到投资组合中。

因此，普通投资者想要买到优先股只能通过购买这些基金或相关的理财产品来实现间接持有。
