2、没有价格涨跌幅限制，但有一套关于股价及成交量波动的市场监察机制。

3、交易时间：

①开盘前集合竞价时间段：9:00-9:15(可申报，可撤单)；9:15-9:20(可申报，不可撤单)；9:20-9:28(不可申报，不可撤单，委托予以对盘撮合)；9:28-9:30(不可申报，不可撤单，也不处理)。

②持续交易时间段：9:30-12:00(可申报，可撤单)；12:00-12:30(不接受任何港股通交易电12:30-13:00，仅可撤单)；13:00-16:00(可申报，可撤单)。

③收盘竞价时段：16:00-16:01(不可挂单、撤单)；16:01-16:06(可挂单撤单)；16:06-16:08(可挂单、不可撤单)；16:08-16:10(可挂单、不可撤单)。

4、实行T+2结算，一般在当天完成的交易，结算时间是在此之后的第二个交易日。

5、交易额度限制：设定了每日可用额度和每个交易所的额度限制，超过额度将无法进行买入交易。

6、港股最低买入也是一手，不过港股的1手所代表的股票数量并不是统一的，而是由上市公司决定的，有的上市公司规定1手是100股，有的1手是500股、1000股等。

港股休市的时间比A股多，例如香港耶稣受难节，香港佛诞日，香港重阳节，香港圣诞节港股也会休市，A股没有这些节日休市。
