1、普通股票交易的最低数量为100倍，每次买入必须是100股的整数倍，在卖出时，不足100股的部分应一次性卖出。

2、单笔委托数量最高是100万股，一次不能买入某一股票总额的5%，已有某一股票总额的5%(含)以上时，每次不能超过此股票的总额的1%。

3、遵循时间优先，价格优先的交易原则，即较高买进申报优先满足于较低买进申报，较低卖出申报优先满足于较高卖出申报，同价位申报，先申报者优先满足。

比如，投资者在某一只股票的10元时，进行买入操作，买入1000股，而市场上的卖出单为5000股，且在此之前，市场上已经存在委托买入单4500股，则投资者以10元的价格买入单排队较靠后，只能成交500股，剩余的500股进入委托单中，等待机会成交，这种情况为同价格，时间优先原则；如果小李在13：00的时候，以10元的价格委托买入某一只股票1000股，小明以10.5元的价格委托买入某一只股票1000股，则小明的委托单优先小李的委托单成交，这种情况被称为时间相同，价格优先的原则。
