股票买卖时间分为三个时间段：集合竞价、连续竞价、盘后交易时间，其中连续竞价为交易日的9:30-11:30；下午13:00-15:00。

集合竞价分为早盘集合竞价和尾盘集合竞价这两种情况，其中早盘集合竞价存在以下规则：在9：15-9：20之间，投资者可以申报，也可以撤销申报；9：20-9：25之间，投资者可以申报，但不可以撤销申报；尾盘集合竞价存在以下规则：在14:57-15:00之间，投资者可以申报，但不可以撤销申报。

不管在集合竞价中，还是在连续竞价中，个股买卖都遵循时间优先，价格优先的交易原则，即较高买进申报优先满足于较低买进申报，较低卖出申报优先满足于较高卖出申报，同价位申报，先申报者优先满足；买卖单的委托价格不能超出个股当天的涨跌幅限制，否则为无效单。

盘后交易一般出现在创业板和科创板股票中，存在以下的规则：

1、交易时间

盘后交易时间为交易日的15：05－15：30；开市期间停牌的，在停牌期间可以继续申报；当日15：00仍处于停牌状态的，不进行盘后交易。

2、申报数量

单笔申报数量为100股，或者其整数倍，最大申报数量不得超过100万股

3、申报价格

买入限价小于收盘价无效、卖出限价大于收盘价无效、买卖限价超出当天的涨跌幅限制无效。
