大盘涨个股不涨即市场所说赚指数没赚钱，出现这样的情况也是比较正常的。因为大盘指数是根据证券交易所选定的样本股票进行加权计算得出来的，不同的板块权重不一样，权重股如果出现大涨，大盘就可能在权重拉抬下上涨，但是其它大部分板块个股可能就不会上涨甚至下跌了。所以说，大盘上涨并不代表整个股市中的股票都在上涨，原因就是板块差异，个股分化。

一般情况下，大盘上涨，市场中大部分的个股都是会同步涨的，因为大盘就是由这些个股按不同的权重编制而来的。只是上涨的个股可能有的时候会多一些，有的时候会少一些，权重股涨的多了，其它股可能就不涨了，其实就是跷跷板效应。大盘也有上涨强弱区别，一般大盘涨的越多，个股上涨的也会越多。
