1、股改股票（S开头，但不是ST）完成股改，复牌首日；

2、增发股票上市当天；

3、股改后的股票，达不到预计指标，追送股票上市当天；

4、某些重大资产重组股票比如合并之类的复牌当天；

科创板、创业板的新股上市前5个交易日没有涨跌幅限制，5个交易日之后，涨跌幅限制为20%，因此，对于科创板、创业板的新股在上市当天没有涨跌幅限制。

对于北交所的新股在上市当天没有涨跌幅限制，首日之后涨跌幅为30%；对于沪深其它普通股，在上市当天的涨幅限制为44%，跌幅限制为36%。
