就是说主力在集合竞价时在涨停板上挂几百上千上万手的单，就可能造成竞价涨停，但是真正的开盘价还要等9:25分最后一刻撮合的可以产生最大成交量的价格为准。如果主力资金一直在涨停价挂单，那很可能涨停价就是开盘价，如果主力撤销涨停挂单不断向下挂单，那竞价的价格就会不断下降。集合竞价时间基本上活跃着的都是主力，散户很少参与，主力那个时候挂单撤单的行为就是为了给散户传播一种信息或者试试抛盘和承接盘。
