股票开盘集合竞价遵循价格优先，时间优先的申报原则撮合成交，就是挂单时间越早，买单价格越高，卖单价格越低的会优先成交。卖出可以直接以跌停板的价格委托，买入则直接以涨停价挂单。委托价格是没有限制的，在当日涨跌停范围内就行。需要注意最后实际的成交价格就是开盘价格，而不是涨跌停价格。

开盘价的产生遵循可实现最大成交量的价格，高于该价格的买入申报与低于该价格的卖出申报全部成交，与该价格相同的买方或卖方至少有一方全部成交。
