集合竞价时9:15-9:20可以委托可以撤单；9:20-9:25只能委托不能撤销；9:25-9:30不能挂单也不能撤单，委托单暂存主机。

集合竞价要遵循的原则有：最大成交量成交、高于该价格的买入申报与低于该价格的卖出申报全部成交、与基准价格买卖双方中有一方申报全部成交。同时，在集合竞价期间成交活动，也得遵循“时间优先，价格优先”的原则，即较高买进申报优先满足于较低买进申报，较低卖出申报优先满足于较高卖出申报；同价位申报，先申报者优先满足。

尾盘集合竞价的时间为：14：57至15：00，在这个时间段投资者不能撤掉申报单，只能进行买进和卖出操作。因为集合竞价是按最大成交量来成交的，所以对于普通股民来说，在集合竞价时间，只要打入的股票价格高于实际的成交价格就可以成交了。
