首先一般上市公司的年报披露时间为次年1月1日到4月30日，一季报为4月1日到4月30日，半年报是7月1日到8月31日，三季报为10月1日到10月31日。理论上说每年的5、6、9、11、12月为业绩披露真空期，也就是各路无视业绩而喜欢炒作的资金容易大行其道的时间段。其次市场不仅有业绩披露，还有业绩预披露(以及业绩快报)，对于投资者而言才是需要关注的重点。也就是说年报的预期已经通过各种业绩预告、快报进行了释放。年报业绩预告有条件强制披露时间为次年1月31日前，深市业绩快报非强制性披露。
