2、从筑底时间上判断。个股在反弹前基本上都会经历一个筑底的过程，如果筑底的时间比较长，一般反弹的持续性也会相对较强。比如个股有双重底甚至是三重底，则说明筑底基本成功，反弹很有可能变为反转。
