如果忘记证券账号或者资金账号和密码的话可以致电证券公司客服，验证身份信息之后就可以找回账号、密码，然后直接登录就可以了。有时候投资者信息不完善需要完善信息或者证件过期等原因，可能也会限制账户的正常使用，这时完善信息即可。
