证券账户及资金账户资产合计不低于人民币50万元，不包括其通过融资融券交易融入的资金和证券；港股通业务知识测试结果70分及以上；在公司风险承受能力评估结果在有效期内并为激进型、成长型、稳健型之一，不属于安稳型和保守型；不存在严重不良诚信记录；不存在法律、行政法规、部门规章等规定的禁止或限制参与港股通股票交易的情形。
