120日均线又称半年线，反映了股票120天的平均成本价格。当120日均线在上升时，意味着盘面或股价的中长期趋势在上升。相反，如果股票120线处于下跌趋势，那么股票的中长期趋势就是下跌的。250日均线就是股票在250天的平均成本价格，也称为年线。250日均线也是股价趋势的牛熊分界线，代表股票长期趋势走向。如果250日均线在上升，说明长期趋势向好，反之250日均线下降说明长期趋势变坏，有可能进入长期熊市。

无论是120日均线还是250日均线都可以通过股票行情软件查看，很多软件不会直接显示120日和250日均线，这时可以通过相关设置显示出来。120日均线如图显示为蓝色的曲线，250日均线显示为黄色曲线，可以看出120日均线和250日均线都是向下的，说明该指数或者股票目前处于下跌的熊市行情之中。
