但是企业配股融资的目的有可能对于短期股价造成一定影响，比如融资后会进行技术升级改造、扩产等，这类有利于企业经营的目的可以刺激股价上涨，还有一些不好不坏的目的就没什么影响了。

对散户投资者而言，配股就是以一定的比例获得配售的股份，配股价非常低，如果散户放弃配股，那么在配股结束后就必须忍受市值缩水的损害，也就是实际上出现非交易导致的亏损。因此散户在面临配股时，有两种选择，一是在配股之前卖出，二是如果看好企业那就参加配股。配股可以以低于市价很多买入，相当于低价加仓，但是配股后持仓盈亏是没有变化的。
