2、根据中国证监会的规定，上市公司配股价格应不低于本次配股前最新公布的该公司每股净资产值。事实上很多上市公司多以其股票二级市场的市价定位作为参考依据，一般为市价的70％，所以通常公司的配股价格会跟他的股价有很大的关系。配股前之所以压低股价，主要是为了配股价格可以更低，如果配股前不压低股价的话，那么对于配股对象来说未来盈利空间就不会很大，也会导致投资者放弃配股。也就是说配股前压低股价，可以提升配股对象的盈利空间，配股融资的资金也会越多。
