但对于股票除权（送股、拆股）的情况，指数将相应修正复权，因为股价虽然会折价，但是股份数量也会相应增加，所以股票市值没有变。为反映分红复权价，有专门编制的上证系列全收益指数和净收益指数。全收益指数、净收益指数与一般的上证指数的区别在于成分股公司发生分红派息时对指数进行了除数修正法修正，制定中考虑了成分股税前、税后现金红利的回报。
