上海交易所：盘中成交价格较当日开盘价首次上涨44%以上(含);将停牌30分钟，且只会停牌一次，当复牌之后，盘中成交价较当日开盘价首次上涨超过44%，将停牌持续到14：57分。

创业板，科创板：新股前5个交易日不设涨跌幅，股价较开盘首次上涨或下跌达到或超过30%和60%的，各停牌10分钟。

不管是什么时候停牌的，也不管停牌多久，14：57是必须要复盘的。
