中报没有预告是比较常见的现象，不是所有上市公司正式披露中报前都会有业绩预告。中小板上市公司中报业绩预告是强制性披露的，全部上市公司均要进行业绩预告，无论当期业绩表现如何。但对于沪深主板公司，监管部门对中报业绩预告的要求是出现以下三种情况之一才需要披露：业绩同比增长超过50%或者下降超过50%；净利润为负；净利润扭亏为盈。

所以，出现中报没有业绩预告的情况可能就是因为该上市公司不符合上述条件，没有必要说一定要披露中报业绩预告，如果要披露也会在最后窗口期7月15日之前完成。此外还有一种业绩快报，交易所对中小板公司的中报业绩快报也没有强制要求披露，可以披露也可以不披露。投资者根据自己所持股票对照这些规定，自然就不会疑惑了。
