2、中报及所有定期报告披露都存在预约披露时间的问题。中报披露时间是2个月，为避免上市公司集中披露，交易所会对每天披露报告的家数作出一定的数量限制，所以自然会出现有些上市公司中报披露时间比较晚，甚至接近披露截止日期。

3、基本上不存在因为上市公司业绩不好故意拖延中报披露时间的情况，因为交易所对业绩出现重大变化的上市公司是有要求进行业绩预告的。
