因为两地上市的股份是增发的，所以股份的增加必然稀释每股收益，会对初次上市市场的股东造成不利。但是具体影响还取决于两地上市流通股份之比，如果二次上市地发行的股份占总流通股本不多，那么对原有股东的影响就不算大。不过，两地上市增发后，公司手里也多了一部分现金，这部分现金如果用来投资项目，又可以继续创造收益，所以也会平衡掉每股收益的稀释。如果不用来投资，公司每股净资产一般也没有发生变化，对原股东持股价值也没影响。
