股票有数量却显示不可卖的原因有很多种，最主要原因有两种。一是股票是当天买的，当天卖不了，需要下个交易日才能卖。这是因为A股的交易是T+1制度，交易所规定当天买的股票至少要等到第二天才能卖出，所以即使股票账户里面有数量，卖出的时候也会提示可卖为0。二是股票不是当天买的，但是当日或者前一晚可能已经被委托挂了卖单，只是委托的卖单还未成交，已经委托卖了就不能重复卖了。必须取消委托单后，才能再次委托卖出。

还有一些其它方面的原因，比如非交易日和交易时间，这时会提示非交易时段委托无效；上市公司停牌，停牌后买卖都是无法交易的，只有等到复牌后才能正常卖出；卖出股票数量多于持有数量，会显示卖出数量超过最大可卖出量。
