2点55分买的股票撤不了可能有两个原因，一是因为过了可以撤销的时间，沪深证券交易所的股票在下午2：57至3：00为集合竞价时间，这段时间是不可以撤单的，如果2点55分买的股票未成交，在2点57分之前没有及时撤销的话就手动撤销不了了。不过也没什么影响，买卖股票的委托单只是当日有效，下午3点收市之后，没有成交的委托单即作废，资金和股票打回账户。另外一个原因是挂的单已经部分成交了，只是还没有全部成交，成交了的不可以撤单，未成交的在集合竞价之前是可以撤单的。

如果到尾盘集合竞价时还未成交的，不需要投资者手动撤单，股票清算后自动撤销，资金会自动返回到投资者账户中，股票清算时间为下午4点到晚上10点。
