市盈率的通俗理解是每一块钱的盈利能力可以值多少钱，它把盈利能力和成长性都考虑进来了，所以市盈率是衡量一支股票是贵还是便宜的指标，而不是股票的价格。把前面股票价格的公式稍作变换就可以得到市盈率的公式了，市盈率=每股价格/每股收益。市盈率还有另外一个名字，叫PE，一般说股票几倍估值说的就是它。
